Heavy Duty High Quality Wire Rope Alloy/Copper Aluminium Oval Sleeves

The copper ferrule (TCU) is intended for stainless steel wire rope to avoid galvanic corrosion. The pressing of TCU ferrules
requires approx 25% higher pressure than the corresponding T ferrule of aluminium alloy.
Note:
We do not guarantee the strength of slings for lifting activities made of Copper turnback ferrules. A termination performed
according to our instructions will normally withstand a tensile strength of 90% of minimum breaking load (MBL) of the wire rope.
Verifying tests must be done in order to secure the strength of the termination.
These ferrules have been validated according to TALURIT™ splicing system, which is within the framework of EN 13411-3. The copper material is not accepted in this standard.
  • You will receive 1 piece wire rope press clamps, 1 mm made of copper
  • Wire rope diameter: 1 mm; clamp size: 1.5 mm; material thickness: 0.75 mm; length: 9 mm; width inside: 1.7 mm; length inside: 3.4 mm
  • With this wire rope clamp you can connect or secure wire ropes in a visually appealing way. Press clamp, you will need crimping pliers.
  • Each wire rope is tear-resistant. The loose ends of a wire rope must be attached somewhere to safely use the rope. Whether you just want to close one sling or connect two ropes together is the same - with a wire rope clamp, the rope is held securely in place and can then be used according to your ideas.
