Galvanized Forged Steel Precast Concrete Element Lifting Clutch

Adapter of a manual operation, load level with different specifications, and the corresponding ball head lifting anchor with the use of.The ball head rivet lifting clutch port connected to the corresponding load registration poured concrete, even under load conditions,can be relaxed to make each rotation, tilt and reverse motion, which realizes simple and safe lifting of all types of precast concrete elements. The Lifting Clutch has a round main body with a protruding lever arm and a high strength bail. The main body has a "T" slot that engages the head of a dogbone anchor. The combined rotation capabilities of the main body and the bail allow a precast panel to be lifted, turned, tilted, and/or rotated while under load. Lifting clutches are used for lifting and handling head anchors. The lifting clutch is manufactured of high alloy steel and tested according to safety factors 3 times the working load. The construction ensures the clutch self-locking when applying upward forces ensures a tight and safe connection to the spherical head lifting anchor.

The allowable loads for the individual cases can be taken from the tables in the following table. Accident prevention regulations of the country of use must always be observed, especially those for the use of cranes and lifting equipment.
