DIN763 Zinc Plated Galvanized Link Chain
electro galvanized DIN763 welded steel chain is manufactured specifically for use in chain slings for lifting purposes. We have short link and long link. Din766 and other series is also available. The chain is heat treated for tensile strength and resistance to wear whilst also allowing for shock absorption.
Work Load Limit (WLL) is the maximum load which the chains are designed to sustain in lifting use. 4times safety factor in usual
Manufacturing Proof Force (MPF) is the force to which during manufacture the chain is subjected to. It is 2.5 times the working load limit.
Minimum Breaking Load (MBL) is the lowest force of which the chain must withstand before failure. The lowest elongation before failure is 20%.
Equipped with a clevis grab hook on each end. Working load . Breaking strengh is all qualified. Can be assembling with grad hooks, sling hooks, master links, clevis pear links, load binders, webbings, shackles, connecting links and triangle and rings to package as one set.
